    You can see the educators and the education consultants were very similar. Fifty-six percent had doctorates of the educators. Fifty percent of the education consultants, they all had a lot of experience. The clinical nurse educators had a fair amount of experience as well, but only 19% had doctorates and we think that's probably one of the reasons we saw differences between the groups.
