Obviously for those in the NP world, you know that there has been many bumps and successes and challenges throughout this process. To give you a little bit of background. NP profession was regulated in Canada, the very first program that ran an educational program launching the earliest 19 this 1967 in Ontario. A long gap of time before it actually became more formally recognized. It became almost like what we would say that clinical nurse specialist. Almost someone who wasn't regulated but they were recognized as having advanced education and had advanced roles.

The Board moved to approve the launch of the Journal based on the business plan and financials as presented. Rationale: Production of a regulatory journal to distribute regulatory research is consistent with the mission and vision of the organization. G.19.
