    Known as a critical thinker unafraid to ask the hard questions, Kim Glazier has been an innovative leader throughout her tenure at the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, at the national level as the chair of the Nurse Licensure Compact commission, and through her membership in extensive committees and task forces. During her 22 years of service as the executive director of the Oklahoma board, her wealth of knowledge and leadership has produced significant changes. This leadership propelled the agency to become the first licensing board to process online licensing of all applicants, verification of licensure for public use, and electronic access to public files.
