I'm Jim Puente, the director of the Nurse Licensure Compact and welcome to the continuation of this 2021 NLC Virtual Conference Series, The Roadmap to the NLC, Your Guide to Successful Operations. And this is the fourth session in the series. And today, we're going to talk about Cruising the Path of Compact Investigations and Discipline on May 26th, 2021. And today, I'd like to introduce our presenters for this session. We have Emma Mamaluy, who is an attorney and chief counsel with the Arizona State Board of Nursing, Dr. Stacey Pfenning, who is the NLC commissioner for North Dakota and the executive director for the North Dakota Board of Nursing, and Fred Knight, an attorney and consultant for the Nurse Licensure Compact Commission, and myself.
