So, the rating is .33. In our workshop, we would have nine judges and nine ratings for item one. For item 2, judge 1 thinks it is difficult, and only 25 out of 100 Patty would get it correctly. Judge 2 thinks, it is similar to item 1 and the rating is .33, and so on for item 3. If you add 3 items together for judge 1, you got 1.75. For judge 2, it is 1.16.

And additionally, I think if we could come up with a standardized application of some sort so that we're all asking the same type of questions, but maybe in a similar format, that'll make the data exchange easier amongst all of us. And I think the forms, instead of being like question 1, question 2, question 3, question 4, or page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4, that it's going to be more chat, more user based. So you ask a question or it asks you a question, you answer and it goes back and forth. And maybe that will help those with accessibility needs be able to better navigate our applications.

Like, for the doctor, if it's, "Well, we may have to put you in hospice," and he says, "Well, I have a nurse who does X, Y, and Z for me," there would be an exception that would cover that. With the conversations with the daughter, if it's, "Oh, she just took me to the grocery store, we're here now," there's an exception that would cover that. But every statement, you would have to know the facts for that specific issue to see if the exception would apply. So it'd be very cumbersome. - That is a wonderful point. And this is where that perspective and the knowledge that we talked about, I mean, the experience and the knowledge that leads to our perspectives, really comes into play.

All rights reserved. 14 This is not just a racial issue. It's a poverty issue. So, you would go to town and haul water back, or you would collect rainwater, either, luckily, out of some kind of gutter or cistern, or unluckily, out of ditches. And you'd store it in this 55-gallon drum, you can see there's a spigot at the bottom. Well, those 55-gallon drums used to contain pesticides. You don't have to be a health professional to understand that's not a great idea, right? You don't have clean water. Once again, these doctors would send people back with prescriptions and they, "Why are you coming back sick?"

There is some wonderful baseball history in Greenville, South Carolina, related to discipline and case management, as it turns out when a baseball's most famous rule breakers, Shoeless Joe Jackson, made Greenville his home for about the last 30 years of his life. Had a liquor store with his wife, Katie, and there's a museum. There are statues. He's buried two miles from here. All kinds of things, right? Now, he's an interesting case when it comes to discipline because he was, of course, one of the famous "Eight Men Out" who helped throw the 1919 World Series.
