    - I do think that we are utilizing more of that mixed methodology, like you were talking about to capture those participants that may be working the system and have, you know, figured out to a degree how they can manipulate, or time their drug testing, or do things like bank their urine and store it during periods of abstinence. So I do think mixing up the drug testing can capture those. I don't know, statistically, I don't have the numbers because I've been there for less than a year, but I do know that we usually have on average, you know, one or two relapses that someone either decides to self-report or that we are capturing through drug testing. - Great.

    And it wasn't until months and months later that I realized that the patients already knew that as well. The patients knew that by being satisfied with their request for pain, that would have a direct correlation into what their satisfaction reports would be off of their visit. And then it took me months after that to realize that the insurance companies would look at those satisfaction reports and determine reimbursement for the hospitals. So, you can see that this correlation of pain is the fifth vital sign, patient satisfaction, financial incentive, insurance reimbursements all tied together.
