And the federal government understood this. Back in 1937 when cannabis was made de facto illegal with the Marijuana Tax Act, and this is the full definition from the actual Marijuana Tax Act, which was then taken word- for-word and put into the Controlled Substances Act in 1970, this is how marijuana was defined. I'm not going to read the whole thing, but I highlighted the fact that resin came up in the definition three times.

    There's a lot of literature on professional ethics and standards, but it's not integrated with the rest. It's specialists in that area. Or we find that this is more from the medical schools, it was very astounding to find that by half of the medical schools which were surveyed, about 26 medical schools which were surveyed in the United States, and of course, everyone's required to take our medical ethics course, but only half required it as part of the requirements to pass the medical degree. ©2018 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc.

    In 2020, NCSBN launched a research study to investigate the effect of rapid changes made in nursing education programs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The “National Prelicensure RN Study: Assessing the Impact of COVID-19 on Nursing Education” is currently underway at 55 nursing education sites across 26 U.S. states. The study seeks to determine the extent to which programs changed their instructional formats due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The study will then prospectively and longitudinally track over 700 prelicensure nursing students and 450 faculty to measure engagement, academic performance and early career experience.
