    Do you do anything to prepare them for that? - And again, that's a wonderful question. And we were actually discussing this prior to our meeting here. And it is a challenge. And for nursing students, we know that they're even in more of a vulnerable position. Less than 19% of violence issues are reported. And students probably report even less, and they're put in truly a power over position. And we know that health care is moving into the communities. We're seeing more hospitals at home, and there's a lot of pressure to prepare the future workforce for that type of a workplace environment.
