    They're not ready for launch, but I want to show where we're at, all right? And that is, we have learned some things that have now become outside of remote proctoring services that we can provide. So for our board of nursing, the ability, for instance, to have a portal that actually allows you to work inside and store all of your candidate documentation that attaches to that process they go through, through the license. The ability's there. You can choose to use it, not use it, but the ability is there. And I want to show you how we're looking into that as well.

    This has increased the ability to respond to needs and there has been an increase in the use of telehealth provision during the crisis. Patients can protect themselves and others by getting needed treatment by a telehealth consultation rather than having to visit a provider in person. However, with regards to wider mobility, some population data has suggested that global mobility is not a solution to workforce shortages at this time due to the risks that moving a person from one country to another can bring in COVID-19 spread.

    Now why didn't that win? Right? Well, suspension would normally win in our hierarchy, that makes sense. But if you look, it says, after it, "STAY." So when you're adding a case in .org, you know, there's that ability to check an action as stayed. So if you do that, then .com says, "Oh, nope, skip that one, it stayed." The next one in the list is probation, I'm going to mark this person as on probation. I thought I would throw this up just so everyone understands how this works. I've shown you a lot of cases where all the NPDB codes are visible on nursys.com.

    But what we got from this survey was, number one, the patient ID. So, we were able to connect it along with the ©2024 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. All rights reserved. 5 type of provider that was their assigned primary care provider and who they had a visit with, which is why they got that survey for that patient. So, at least one visit with their assigned primary care provider. They may have had other visits with other providers during that timeframe, but the person who they're getting these surveys for is really the person who's responsible for managing the majority of their care.
