To determine whether the ID presented is acceptable or not, test administrators or TAs need to answer several questions. For instance, is the candidate testing domestically or internationally? The difference between the two is that the candidate will need to present a passport for international test site. Additionally, the TAs will ask, does the ID form meet all requirements such as physical, not digital ID, government issue, non-expire, contains a name in Roman characters, a recent photograph, and signature? If not, does the candidate need a secondary ID?

There are things that we can do to move forward, to make this more attractive, and make us more efficient. Increased use of video conferencing. We're doing that more now. Increased allowance of telehealth services. Use of self-collection drug testing methodology instead of going to a collection site and having someone stand next to you and watch you pee in a cup. You know, you can do a saliva test and put your phone in front of you, and someone can watch you collect that saliva specimen now. Acceptance of more locally sourced treatment services.
