    The graph spans from April quarter of 2007 up to the April quarter of 2024. Even if we went back to 2001, the pattern would look similar. So it's very stable. Note that the X-axis does have all of the quarters represented, but given the size of the time series, the January and July labels on the X- axis are covered over. But the data is still in the graph. And so you can see here the rates over time for first-time U.S. educated tends to be higher than the overall pass rate. Finally, the take home message is that the passing rates have gone up since the decline due to the pandemic.

    The I CAN Act would take some of those things and update the Social Security Act so that those APRNs could continue providing those valuable services for the patients.     Median pre-tax earnings rose from $44,000 in 2020 to $50,000 in 2022. Over 55% of the LPN workforce reported being engaged in telehealth activities. The proportion actually is an increase over the numbers reported in previous years. Of those LPNs providing nursing services remotely, usage of video calls nearly tripled from 2020 to 2022.

    Because our trusted partner, Pearson, per contract gets a portion of it to take care of the activities related to scheduling candidates, registering candidates, delivering the exam, scoring the exam, and reporting the results. And so we call that portion [00:30:00] that is left over after we pay Pearson that money, and you saw it was pretty large, 61%, something like that, right?     Additional costs to complete development and to transition to a remotely proctored exam have been estimated to total $19.8 million and would be expended over the next two years (FY-24/FY25). A total of $7 million of the $19.8 million has been expended in FY- 24.     Then slowly, over time, the passing rates began increasing until 2017. Then we see, starting in 2017, the same cyclical pattern, similar to the pattern noted prior to 2011. It remained steady until 2020. Then COVID hit. And, again, passing rates began to fall as the worldwide lockdowns were taking place.

    How many people here have ever used any of the recently emerging AI tools that have come out over the last couple of years? Raise your hands if you have. Looks like about 90%, maybe not quite that high, 80% at least. But there's a common misconception that AI, which up until about three years ago, most people simply thought was a science fiction concept until ChatGPT and followed quickly by Google Bard, then Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity, and a host of other AI tools that have emerged back in late 2022 and over 2023 and 2024, came out, and all of a sudden, wow, out of nowhere, AI has suddenly become real.

    So to help her, my dad built this whole obstacle course in our backyard that she would have to do for this physical fitness test, including building a wall that was seven feet, four inches tall. He actually built it an inch taller without even telling her. So she could practice.
