Who, what, when, and why, and sometimes how, right? Most people here, right? That's what we want. Expectation of a complete memory recall, lack of understanding regarding impact of trauma. Who here will say that's the way they initially started being trained as to ask questions, right?

I'm nervous, though, for when he decides not to run again, if something could possibly change for us in a couple of years. Our phone system, we still have a central number, but we issued cell phones to all the directors. I'm giving a shout- out to Texas because we love their contact system on their website. So we copied it. We have a full directory now. You can reach all those directors on their cell phones. So, I'm giving you guys a shout-out that you asked me to give you publicly. They asked me to do that. But we really did like the way their website was formatted and so we copied that.

In the publicized practice analysis, the full report on our website, the links that were provided in the presentation, you can see the list of all of the activity statements and all of the ratings, how they rank in each of those questions that I mentioned earlier, the setting applicability, the frequency criticality, as well as clinical judgment relevancy.

Now, in California, you go to school for it, there are paralegal training institutes, and you go and you take classes for nine months on how to be a paralegal and it costs you money. And we'd always presumed, since it cost you money, that decreases the supply of paralegals, because, obviously, not all of us have money. But you go and you get trained, and then you look up on the California website and you say, "What do I have to do to become a paralegal?" And the California website tells you, you have to go to school, you have to pass the bar. It's a two-day test for paralegals which I think is ironic because it's a three-day test for lawyers.

So, that's like one every two or three minutes. So in the time we're talking here, 20 people will die from alcohol or probably opioid-type deaths. The numbers are just staggering. Overdose deaths are the number one preventable way to die. It used to be traffic accidents for many, many years. Cars and highways have become safer and opioids are the number one preventable way to die in the U.S.

In extreme cases, burnout can also lead to suicide ideation. All of which have the potential to impact patient care. Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Violent Death Reporting System, found that between 2007 and 2018, nurses were 18% more likely to die from suicide than the general population. But yeah, look at it like you look at any lab report. Don't just look at the final result, please, because you're going to miss things if you do. Let's talk about alcohol because alcohol even amongst health professionals, is still the most commonly abused drug. More people die from nicotine and alcohol than any other chemicals around. We can test for nicotine. We have... I know a few... There's one program, physicians program that mandates nicotine free and they will test for a nicotine byproduct in their urine. Most programs don't go there.
