So they have their own program, the Federation of State Physician Health Programs. As part of NOAP, I also chair the research committee. And the primary reason for this talk today is to introduce some research that we did on declining rates of nurse monitoring program participation during the COVID-19 pandemic, which kind of defies logic. You know, we are aware of the increased stressors that nurses and other healthcare professionals were under during the COVID-19 pandemic, and that's a research on increased use of alcohol and self- medication because of stressors and other environmental issues associated with the pandemic and healthcare providers.
