There's one glaring issue when it comes to the recovery journey that we experience from our seat. And that's the red guy there. It's the collection sites. The one thing that we can't control is when that participant goes and gets in their car, and goes to a collection site, "Katie, Bar the Door," who knows what's happening at that collection site.
