    If someone is on call or they're on vacation, they can miss a week here or there, and they get tacked on to the end. They sign up for a cycle of 12 at a time. Rehabilitation and attendance are required for the course certificate to be issued and continuing education credits to be conferred. As you might imagine, the benefits of a longitudinal follow-up course include continued engagement with the material that they learned in their intensive course. It keeps all of that fresh in their minds. It monitors their compliance with their plan.
