    And active learning, she was a big proponent of active learning. I think it was an impetus to change some of the strategies we use.     Don't forget to think outside the box. Some of the things that I've used are, like, time cards, DEA records, specifically that DEA Form 41, it's the destruction record, right? So, okay, you ordered 1400 tabs of this and you're telling me you didn't dispense any of them because of X, Y, and Z, and I know you ate them, but where's the destruction record, right? You are required to have an appropriate means of, you know, destroying those drugs per the federal government, I want the form, right, what's going on with that.     You could certainly call the course provider or check their website. We have a referrals tab right on our homepage. Other course providers likely do too. Any course provider should be happy to discuss particular cases with you. They would be anonymized, but you can say, I have a licensee who's done X, Y, Z. Help me figure out what the right course would be to send them to. So for example, sometimes it's not clear whether a nurse needs a course in boundaries, or ethics, or communication. So talking through the situation with the course provider can help you make sure your licensees are getting the appropriate education targeted to their infraction.
