Basically, what that means is somebody acting as a CEO or somebody in a position of authority and requesting somebody in finance, for example, to change the wiring instructions for a vendor to this new account number, or "We've got a secret project, don't mention it to anyone but we need to wire $100,000 in R&D money to X, Y, and Z. And please do it immediately." Again, if your culture is such that that's not questioned, and we see this every day, that money goes out ©2018 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. And active learning, she was a big proponent of active learning. I think it was an impetus to change some of the strategies we use. I just don't think we recognize it because it was in these small bits that we did versus saying, now we're going to do X, Y, and Z. I think, you know, for the clinical sites, you might want to consider as I don't know what the regulators do with the schools, but some of these alternate models could be easily planned with other schools. So, for example, that teams model and that immersion model, where the students, they have theory up front and then they go to clinical and concentrated time.

Don't forget to think outside the box. Some of the things that I've used are, like, time cards, DEA records, specifically that DEA Form 41, it's the destruction record, right? So, okay, you ordered 1400 tabs of this and you're telling me you didn't dispense any of them because of X, Y, and Z, and I know you ate them, but where's the destruction record, right? You are required to have an appropriate means of, you know, destroying those drugs per the federal government, I want the form, right, what's going on with that. Don't forget about like a floor plan, right?

You could certainly call the course provider or check their website. We have a referrals tab right on our homepage. Other course providers likely do too. Any course provider should be happy to discuss particular cases with you. They would be anonymized, but you can say, I have a licensee who's done X, Y, Z. Help me figure out what the right course would be to send them to. So for example, sometimes it's not clear whether a nurse needs a course in boundaries, or ethics, or communication. So talking through the situation with the course provider can help you make sure your licensees are getting the appropriate education targeted to their infraction.

Data collection might have been more consistent across all subjects. Tape recordings might have been used on all subjects. This study was able to validate that structure, process, and results/outcomes are important areas to evaluate for board approval surveys. Babenko-Mould, Y., Andrusyszyn, M., & Goldenberg, D. (2004). And it ruins the reputation and the relationship of the organization if you're not careful about making sure that you're very clean in your punishment strategies. Okay. So, I would just like to make a distinction between discipline and punishment. So, if we...if. If. Because remember, we're reimagining , our minds are open today, we're getting dreamy here about maybe some ideal outcomes. And so, we're going to open our minds to the difference between discipline and punishment. And discipline, I'd like us to consider, is about teaching and learning, that there's an opportunity there. And that discipline, when we think about it through the lens of teaching and learning, we're thinking about long-term individual growth and development.
