And, ultimately, then, this reporting cycle is something you need to do annually. You're investing all this effort in going through and evaluating your website, and how many website redesigns? If we went back to the panels, I think we saw or heard about eight different website redesigns. Think about how many different times you went through that iteration. Now, ask yourself how many times have you evaluated and reviewed your support process KPIs.
