It is also recommended that BONs use the same self-study provided to the accrediting agency as the basis for the visit. Joint site visits can be valuable experiences for the national nursing accrediting agencies, BONs and nursing programs when they are collaboratively planned and executed. 2

And remember, we had four sources of evidence so each of the guidelines had to have at least two of those evidence areas. And then our site visit template, our site visit template came from the Site Visit Study and it can be useful especially to new education consultants going out, what they should be looking for. And just recently, I had given a course on the role of the education consultant for the ICRS program.

Okay, complaints versus case. We go to tracking. We can track our investigations and our cases so much better than we ever could before. And I don't know if anybody from Arizona is still here. But we visited Arizona before we totally designed our system. I suggest you go visit another state and see how they're doing it, learn from their mistakes. But we went to Arizona and in their discipline module, they added this little box that it was discipline information, totally configurable.
