Discuss Feedback from Board of Directors Regarding Committee’s Recommendations Alicia gave the committee a summary of the discussion with the Board of Directors regarding the introduction of new awards and minor edits to the committee policy. The Board approved the majority of the changes with the exception of having unlimited recipients for certain awards. They expressed concerns about minimizing the prestige of the awards as well as potential financial impact. The committee and its staff leadership asserted interest in filling out an evaluation at the end of the fiscal year to determine whether limiting recipients works effectively.
