    Okay, complaints versus case. We go to tracking. We can track our investigations and our cases so much better than we ever could before. And I don't know if anybody from Arizona is still here. But we visited Arizona before we totally designed our system. I suggest you go visit another state and see how they're doing it, learn from their mistakes. But we went to Arizona and in their discipline module, they added this little box that it was discipline information, totally configurable.     Candidates are asked upon arrival if they have any electronic devices such as cell phones, digital watches, or study materials with them. If candidates have electronic devices, they are asked to turn off all devices and given a Pearson VUE sealable plastic bag to store this item in their lockers for the entire exam duration. If they have study materials, candidates are informed that they cannot access study material at all during their exam, including breaks. Candidates are given [inaudible] for both scheduled and unscheduled breaks as a designation that they are currently testing and cannot access any prohibited items.

    Test administrators at a Pearson VUE test center will obtain a resent photo, signature, and palm vein scan from each participant. All electronic devices that the participant brings to the test center must be sealed in Pearson VUE provided bags. Secure placed store in a locker with all other personal belongings and will not be accessed at any time during the review including breaks. Review participants are not permitted to bring any textbook and/or similar material in the testing area. Pearson VUE will provide each reviewer the NRB review participant rules to read and acknowledge the rules with their electronic signature before the review can continue.

    The SMEs began filling out the task model by devel- oping a clinical scenario appropriate for an entry-level nurse. Using that scenario, they abstracted all of the rele- vant information by filling in the variables in the Expected Behaviors and Conditioning Factors columns of the task model (column 3 & 4 of Figure 3). If information was missing from the narrative scenario, the SMEs edited it to ensure all required components were extant. The com- pleted scenario served as the base information for items assessing each of the Clinical Judgment (CJ) elements.
