    Only an NRB can request the addition of a new program, a program closure, the reactivation of a program or the change to an existing program. Confirmation of these changes will be sent via the email address provided on the form. The changes will be reflected in the next quarterly update of the NCLEX Educational Program Codes PDF posted on the NCSBN NCLEX website and the list of Active and Inactive Program Codes on the NCLEX Member Resources website; the changes will be reflected immediately on the NCLEX Administration website and the NCLEX Candidate website. NRBs are encouraged to periodically check their jurisdiction’s list of educational programs for accuracy on the NCLEX Administration website.
