    As a founding dean of the College of Health Sciences, Victoria developed an associate degree in applied science nursing to help meet the health care needs of a rural community. She also collaborated to create seamless pathways for those graduates to continue their educations. Over the past 16 years, the program has graduated more than 700 RNs.
