That absolutely does not occur now. We used to take care of total hip replacements that went to surgery for ORIF. Those clients were absolutely in our care for at least a week. There was some kind of...I mean, even when we think about currently right now, clients are older, there's a lot of data that supports that our client population is aging. They're living longer.
