I have developed some guidelines for the program, but generally each new consultant and coach can make it into what works for them. I ask for you and your coach to connect at least once a month, either on the phone or by email. If you'll both be at either Delegate Assembly or Midyear, it is nice to meet.

www.journalofnursingregulation.com 3Volume 2/Issue 3 October 2011 In this issue of JNR, you will find the newly revised 2011 Uniform Licensure Requirements (ULRs) adopted by the state delegates at the National Council of States Boards of Nursing’s (NCSBN) Annual Meeting this past August. The 2011 ULRs serve as important licensure standards for regulators and provide guidance for the future of nursing education and practice. It is hoped that states will adopt the 2011 ULRs to enhance mobility of the profession and decrease the confusion that may occur when nurses move to other states and find that they have to comply with different requirements for licensure.

Midyear Meeting Area Meeting Format Phil Dickison, Chief Operating Officer, discussed with the Board the proposal for the revised format for the area meetings during the 2022 NCSBN Midyear Meeting, and fielded questions from the Board. Action #4. The Board moved and approved the change in format for area meetings at 2022 midyear meeting. Rationale: The need of the membership to discuss specific topics on the current state of nursing regulation during the area meetings at Midyear Meeting.
