    So... - Actually, I believe you can issue subpoenas for another state even if the state isn't conducting that investigation under the compact statute Article 5, a4. - Oh, oh, okay. That's news to me. I mean, I'm pretty new at this. So I'm going to have to check with our council on that and get back to you.

And we brought all that together. We gave it to Stephanie Ferguson. And she did a marvelous job. And she helped us come up with a much tighter focus in terms of the ideas.
