So that's correct. As an LPN, you do need 12 contact hours of continuing education for a renewal period. And there are some caveats to that. I mean, we have different workarounds for some of that as well. But for the most part, the only thing that came back was you don't have to take your criminal history background check. So ChatGPT did a pretty good job.

Because I do believe this job has been a privilege for me. But, "What is the best part about it? Is it the launch, the landing, the floating around in zero gravity? Is it looking out at planet Earth?" Which is incredibly beautiful. "What is the best part about it for you?" And for me, all those things are great, but really what I liked about flying in space and being an astronaut working at NASA, is that it was a really, really hard, and challenging job, a hard and challenging thing to do.

I know you know a lot about this. How widespread is it? - Well, our foundation has just released its latest survey they did in conjunction with McKinsey. And unfortunately, the numbers are still high, similar to what NCSBN found last year. So, the stress on the workforce and on nurses continues to be high. It continues to be high, especially for those with the less numbers of experience.

So, our full Tri-council leadership group met several weeks ago, and we thought that the input that we received from the summit was just really spectacular, but wasn't the end of the road, if you will. Not only do we have, you know, a report to be finalized, but we also thought that there needed to be a little more further refinement for some of these concepts and topics, including the… You know, a picture tells a thousand words. So, what does the model look like? What is the picture that we will be sharing as we communicate our message? We also have a formal communication plan in the queue for…by the middle of next week at the very latest is sharing the executive summary with the facilitators and the participants.

Like so many of my cases and for the lawyers among you, I suspect for cases that you have, that case began with a phone call.
