    Lori is one of the folks who's, I think, caught this more than anybody, that the states are sometimes forgetting to turn that off, and it's an important thing to do. Article V (a)(4) subpoenas. I think almost everybody gets this. Early on, and I understand this fair, fair enough, there was a little bit of confusion in this area. Now, let me say this, the good news, having done this for 22 years, we're really not required to issue that many subpoenas for other states. We can usually get the information, get what we need, put together a pretty good investigative report. We've already gathered all the information, and we've sent it to them.

    Now here's another way to look at the same data with a graph that takes out the cyclical trend component. Here we go back to 2001 all the way up to 2024. What this graph visualizes is each of these lines represents the passing rate for each one of those quarters. So you can see the variability of passing rates over time for each quarter independently. You can see generally that the passing rates for all of the quarters have been fairly stable with one interesting time where in January of 2023.

This Lexicon represents those terms where consensus by French nurse educators was difficult to achieve. The list below is not the complete guide; rather, these terms are being shared to support comprehension of translation of REx-PN items for candidates and other stakeholders. The list will continue to be refined overtime during the ongoing translation of items, based on recommendations from French speaking nurses.
