    So, highly engaged customers promote more, they demonstrate more, they provide the high-quality customer experience component, and they tell their friends about it. So, we just took our customer- satisfaction survey, looked at people who were satisfied, not satisfied, tried to figure out what we were doing right. What we learned was that timeliness and empathy is more important that good news. If they're calling us for a check up on something and we don't have an update for them, returning a call in a timely manner and apologizing is better than actually having the information. We found out. So, we're making sure that our staff understands this, we have training on this.
