Because the drop-off rate when someone actually has to put their personal information into a form is profound. And when you are talking about something like substance use, which taken to its extreme in a nurse could lead to the loss of a license, we posit that they would be unwilling to do that when they're out there just searching for information about themselves or someone else. So what we found is, good news, most states offer alternative-to-discipline programs in the United States, at least according to our basic internet search. We found 30 of them through Google. We found 13 of them through the NCSBN website.

So this is people with very mild problems, moderate problems, and severe problems. But when you look in a more severe end of the spectrum, it's more like three to five. But again, it's not endless recovery attempts, as I mentioned earlier, right? This is the good news, is that we are, yes, talking about a chronic relapsing disorder, but most people will recover, and it doesn't take a super high number. Now, for some people, it does. But in general, we're talking, even in the more severe clinical samples, three to five serious recovery attempts.

So that was my history. That was just what you did. And so after my husband and I got married, started having kids, we got very much involved in the political party of our choice. I served as a district chairperson for 20 years. At one point, I was the state vice-chair for the party. I helped with numerous campaigns. One day, someone came up to me and said, "You know, we're going to have a campaign school for women.You should take that." I said, "Why?I'm not planning to run for office."

So that is the challenge for us. Well, the first set of skills around skills for complex tasks in a complex environment, the OECD, amongst others, and I know that the nursing regulatory groups are also working on adaptive problem-solving. So our PIAAC had included adaptive problem-solving for the more general survey.

Because normally we had managers and supervisors that were eligible to telework initially, versus licensing specialist didn't have that switch flipped in the system. But we knew we could do it. So we had to do some of those things, policies and things like that. We had people fully remote for two and a half years, essentially. I have 26 in my chain. So I've got licensing, criminal background checking, and in-operations. So we still had a few people coming in, myself included. I think with our management team, we had us rotating in one day a week which we had been doing up until I think the early April.
