    So, people who are not engaging in help-seeking behaviors, even though they're self-reporting significantly increased levels of burnout and depression. On a national level, we found that the American Nurses Foundation completed a study in 2021 asking over 9,500 nurses about their own mental health. One-third of them had sought treatment over the last year, but only 80% could find treatment. Of the two-thirds who did not seek treatment, half of those thought they needed treatment, but there was some barrier in place that prevented them from obtaining it.

    And it's a good way of meeting and making relationships, but also in a subtle fashion influencing what they do. - So I agree with David and Kelly on that about strengthening, like, the Board of Medical Licensure and making sure legislators have the information. We continue to educate them over and over and over on the same thing every year. So I'm not sure what educational institution they attended that they can't comprehend. However, and Nicole can attest to that before practice authority, we educate, educate, but you have to educate them over and over.

    In that earlier proceeding, the defendant evaluator had claimed that there was no personal jurisdiction over the Nurse's claims against him, and he also had quasi-judicial immunity.
