    So if the remote state is taking an adverse action, not only does a remote state need to notify nurses, it also needs to cooperate with the home state and nurses does also notify the home state. So everybody's involved together on that one. Article III, secton E, addresses when a remote state gains jurisdiction over the privilege, and that occurs if the nurse practices in the remote party state. So if you have a nurse that maybe licensed here in Arizona, but they're practicing in your state, including telehealth, then your state now has jurisdiction over that privilege to practice.
