Taux de retour Sur les 5 033 questionnaires envoyés, 1 419 enquêtes ont été retournées (1 407 pour les formulaires en anglais et 12 pour les formulaires en français). Au total, 50 enquêtes n'ont pas pu être envoyées en raison d'adresses courriel incorrectes. Par conséquent, le taux de retour ajusté était de 28,5 % (28,4 % pour l'anglais et 35,3 % pour le français) pour l'enquête.

En revanche, il n’est pas possible de retourner à une question précédente une fois que le candidat a confirmé la réponse en appuyant sur le bouton « SUIVANT ». Les candidats doivent répondre à toutes les questions, même s’ils doutent de leurs réponses. En cas de doute sur la bonne réponse, le candidat doit considérer toutes les options et fournir la meilleure réponse possible pour passer à la question suivante.
