    So it was quite phenomenal, I think, how quickly the Australian Government reacted to enable people to get the care over the COVID period that they needed.     But it only receives about 45 applications a year. Compare that to about the 3,000 people who want to become a lawyer in Ontario every year, the 4,000 engineering applicants, the 9,000 teaching applicants, the 10,000 would-be real estate agents, and the little over 12,000 26-year-old nursing applicants. And assuming that those 12,000 nursing applicants are no different than any other 26-year-olds and no different than other medical, dental, or law students, wow, that's going to be a lot of work. And because we already have a sense on what we will find, we have to ask ourselves, is it even worth checking?

    And the other is non-analytical, and this one is a difficult thing to use in education, this would be probably more appropriate to be used in practice.     And as I said, it's not about just simply transplanting it, but it is actually about having a serious and critical discussion about how we might apply or not apply some of these ideas. So, let's focus on the survey itself. We sent the survey out to over 200 individuals. We had a response rate around 50%, just over 50%. And the overwhelming message was, "Yeah, this is on track, there's support for the changes." And I'll show the evidence for that in a moment.     Over 260 schools submitted our surveys that we had requested within asking for feedback on specific areas and questions for that second faculty meeting. We had over 7600 faculty participate in those national faculty meetings. And many of the schools did indicate that they included their practice partners.
