If I have one or two random questions that I need to ask that law enforcement didn't ask because they weren't going down into the standard of care rabbit hole, I might add those. But that really takes a lot of the burden of constantly being re-victimized over and over again. And even if the allegation is not true and they actually were not the victim, that's not my job. If they perceive that they're the victim and they want to tell me that they are, I'm going to treat them like they're a victim, right?

How does that relate back to disrupted behavior rates? And what we found is that actually in across the board, bullying other people, publicly humiliating others, turning your back before a conversation is over, hanging up a phone before a conversation is over, making comments with a sexual racist or ethnic slurs and even showing physical aggression, in every case, where there's more burnout, where there's more emotional exhaustion, there's more of these disruptive behaviors.
