The effective date for the eNLC is the sooner of 26 states enacting the eNLC, or on Dec. 31, 2018. On the effective date, the Interstate Commission is formed and will begin to adopt rules to facilitate the implementation of the eNLC. The actual implementation of the compact by the states occurs six months after the effective date.

And so these facilities get this. Also, the nursing schools, they get the same thing. If it's, you know, whatever is appropriate for that audience. On the RN Board website, we are working on that. Right now, we have a link with West Virginia Restore because we do contract that out to another entity at this point and we have a link to West Virginia Restore and also to contact me. So right now, what we're doing is we're continuing our foundation building because I was hired December 1st, 2017, right?

And you put all of those pieces together, and everything fell into place. So we are trying to tease out that process of critical thinking and clinical judgment, hence that six step unfolding case scenario. So that is the way, and all of that information is available on NCSBN's website through newsletters and through the different research studies that Joe and Will were talking about. All of that is available under the NGN section on ncsbn.org. So I encourage everybody to go and read.
