And if it's a hearing or it is an investigation, that is going to be a proceeding where you need a subpoena. And so once they've got it, they probably won't need further information. On the other hand, if it's simply a matter of getting routine information that should be communicated under Section 6(i) and then also Section 6(c) of the compact, there may already be information available or it may simply be a question of making a request. And attorneys and your board may find it easier just to be able to request it if you don't have to serve a subpoena because then you don't have to worry about enforcing it.
