In addition, the NCLEX- RN Program Reports provide the rank of their program among all similar program types (e.g., associate, bachelor’s, and diploma) across every jurisdiction. All program rankings are limited to those programs where at least 10 graduates tested during the reporting time interval. 2. The Test Plan Report presents information on the percentile ranks of their typical (median) graduate’s performance com- pared to the performance of (1) graduates from their jurisdic- tion, (2) graduates from the same type of educational program as their program (only for RN programs) and (3) the national population of graduates.

When comparing the 2012 accreditation rates to the current rates, there is a decrease in the accreditation rate from 96% to 89.1% for baccalaureate degree programs or higher and a slight increase from 52% to 53.2% for associate degree programs. The decreased accredi- tation rate for baccalaureate degree programs or higher is not fully understood, but perhaps some of this might be attributed to newer programs not receiving accreditation right away. The cross-border care was facilitated by APRNs' use of their RN multi-state license. So roughly a quarter of the APRNs in this analysis hold an MSL, and about 14% of that cohort indicate that they use their MSL to support telehealth or other means of communication across state borders. Approximately 6% of the APRN sample with that MSL also use it to facilitate distance education. That's another thing that we know that this population often does, and a much smaller proportion used it to promote disaster support, which was kind of interesting, given the context for 2020 to 2022 in this sample.

It's part of our test of time. And again, to do that…so one of the things we've tried to do, I mentioned at the end of the last talk, and we want to probably do more of this, is to make it so that patients automatically get a callback from an urgent care visit and say, "How is that sore throat? How is that headache? And you know, if it's not better, press 1." And then they'll speak to me or the nurse practitioner. And so not only does it create a safety net for the patient, but it also it's a learning system.
