But what if I connected them in some way through hierarchical linear modeling, through some sort of variable analysis. In other words, what is the impact when you connect eye movement to whether a repeat test taker? So they have rapid eye movement, they're a repeat test taker. And they've been previously disciplined at a test site. I think that increases the odds that there might be something going on here, doesn't mean there is, but it would increase the odds. What if I then added another layer that connected the first and two and it was psychometric? So while the AI was doing all of this, it also looked at item effect, person fit, break effect, they went off on a break came back and a break, and all of a sudden their psychometrics change, their response pattern changes.

And again, since this was kind of a one-shot wonder, we're not doing across the whole course, let alone a whole program. We're doing literally one set of learning objectives. We wanted to focus on students who are in their first acute care clinical site or course. And we focused on four specific learning objectives that we thought were complex enough that we could see changes or improvement in them, but also simple enough that you could address them in somebody's first clinical course. So our learning objectives were identify actual potential safety hazards in the patient environment, apply therapeutic communication with patients and families, demonstrate effective interprofessional communication using Esper, and demonstrate safe medication administration.

That's what we want, right? We want good memories disclosed back to the investigator. And how do we get those? So, traditional or [00:26:30] historical approach, right? Chronological. Who, what, when, and why, and sometimes how, right? Most people here, right? That's what we want. Expectation of a complete memory recall, lack of understanding regarding impact of trauma. Who here will say that's the way they initially started being trained as to ask questions, right?

And then they'll speak to me or the nurse practitioner. And so not only does it create a safety net for the patient, but it also it's a learning system. So we'll learn that the last 100 sore throats, how many do we get it right versus wrong? We want to do this with a telemarketing, telephone-diagnosis service called TeleDoctor. We're hoping to work with them to do that. So, these are all things of the future that I think we need to do to be able to tame time and create feedback safety nets. Linking diagnosis to treatment. So, it turns out that we need to very closely link what we do diagnostically with what we're going to do therapeutically.

And so how do we set this up so that somebody can step in easily and clearly articulate performance and know the book of business? And so hoping to plan for that in eventuality. - So in terms of our benefits, we actually looked at four areas that we want to achieve through our transformation work, and the first one is service delivery to the public registrants, partners, and then complainants. So looking at enhancing our ability to, enhancing our services and abilities. So I'll give a really simple example whereby right now when we have applications that come through they're PDF forms that get uploaded.

So to focus on quality improvement and practice development, and also to have that focus on public protection and harm reduction. And it's possible that part of the tension is because there are others who feel that their job is actually to focus on service improvement and practice development. And certainly, again, what we have experienced over many decades in the UK is tensions between the professional association, the Royal College of Nursing, and the Nursing and Midwifery Council that are about roles and responsibilities, and whose job it is to do what in all of this.

And so, in college, I interned for Senator Obama, loved it and wanted to make my way back to Washington, D.C. And so, I worked to implement the Affordable Care Act at the federal level and then joined the Obama administration, where I worked on public health emergencies and disasters. I stayed in federal service until the last day of President Obama's term and then returned home to Illinois, where I was working for a Medicaid managed care plan in Chicago. When I happened to attend a town hall that my congressman hosted during the time of Obamacare repeal, this is the spring of 2017.

All rights reserved. 6 standard by the board of directors. Of course, the first thing BOD considers is the passing standard recommended by the standard setting panel. But there are other evidence BOD considers. Annual survey of educators. You may have received such a service before. We ask educators, "Where does the passing standard should be? Lower, higher, or remain the same? We asked the same question to the employers. Can you guess the results? Educators want to lower the standard while the employers want to raise the standard.
