But again, at the severe end, mild, moderate end of the spectrum, which is the majority of cases, majority of cases by far are the mild and moderate. Severe is only about that 10% to 15%. But there are different pathways, assisted and unassisted. You can see about half and half here using some kind of service. This is from our National Recovery Study. About half the people who had resolved a significant drug or alcohol problem used some kind of service, mutual help, or clinical service, but about half did not, interestingly. And again, those who did not tended to be less severe, less chronic, but were able to recover.

- Well, at IPN, we did allow the virtual because that was all we had at that time. But we have asked the evaluators to contact us when they went back face-to-face because that is our preference , because you can learn so much when you're sitting in front of a person and then they were able to get their labs done right there on-site as well, instead of trying to coordinate with a third party. So our goal at IPN is for all of our evaluations to return to the face-to-face evaluation. We think that's more effective. It's more timely. We're able to gather the information quicker.
