And through that process, we identified a lot of NCSBN resources that you may or may not know exist. I know I learned about some new ones. And this information will be made available to you all, so you can go back and look at the resources, whether it's on the website or obtaining it through a staff person as a follow-up to this session. I want to really thank the Board of Directors for answering these questions and being here for this resource-rich discussion.

And if you think about it from an obstetrical standpoint, those physicians that are prepared to care for women, deliver babies, and do high-risk perinatal care, they are 22 years old, at least by the time they graduate from their bachelor's program. They're 26 from the time that they get out of a residency, that they get out of medical school, and 30 by the time they're graduating from their residency. Almost exclusively, obstetricians and gynecologists are female, are young women. They are growing their families, and we are finding that their length of full- scope practice is less than 10 years, on average, before they stop doing births and move to either a hospitalist practice or a primary care-only practice.

I want to let you know that our guidelines are available at the registration desk. So if you haven't picked it up, please do so. We have both, we've presented. Some of you have been at the virtual conference, we've presented the results of the studies at that, that was a couple of weeks ago. We have the results on our website. We're going to open it to the public as soon as mid-year is over. And then we have our guidelines in here and we are preparing a manuscript. So for today, we are going to be very brief on telling you what happened. But our charge, you know, was more verbose than this.

Nurses at both Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston report successful use of MARTTI, Ann Bykes RN, MSN a clinical specialist at Texas Children’s Hospital says that using MARTTI is more accurate than trying to ‘‘wing it’’ on her own, and an improvement over standard phone interpretive services. Debby Taylor, RN, MSN, MBA of Aultman Hospital notes that the best thing about MARTTI is that the device can go anywhere that assistance with interpretation is needed. Go to the LAN website (http://www. languageaccessnetwork.com/) to evaluate MARTTI and also to determine if your students should be made aware of this technology. Source: Wood D. (November 2008). Anything that exists on a server is there forever and could be retrieved later, even after deletion; therefore, it would still be discoverable in a court of law. Further, someone could have taken a screenshot of her Facebook page and posted it on a public website. Patient information and photos should never be posted on social media websites. Even after being deleted, the photo is still on a server and possibly posted somewhere else on the Internet. 9 POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES As we’ve seen with Jamie, Bob and Emily, potential consequences for inappropriate use of social and electronic media by nurses vary.

Data obtained will be used to ascertain which items accurately measure clinical judgment and nursing competence. NCSBN plans to provide continual updates about this long-term research endeavor. One such mechanism is the new Next Generation NCLEX® News that will be published quarterly. Information about the Next Generation NCLEX can be found on the NCSBN website. As time goes on, various other communi- cations vehicles will be implemented. REFERENCES Dickison, P., Luo, X., Kim, D., Woo, A. (2016).
