All rights reserved. 2 residual, is made up by the public sector, which in the mind, is delivered by the state and territory governments through the public health services and public hospitals, community-based and primary health care services, and that preventative sort of service as well. The delineation between the Federal Commonwealth and state and territory governments has caused some challenges in the past but it's been interesting to see the response to the COVID-19 pandemic and how this has exposed further challenges with this delineation which I'll discuss further in my presentation.
