That is fabulous. If we think our nurses are not engaged, at least at that level, they are. If I could just get them engaged at the practice analysis level, I'd be really excited about that. Can you imagine 3 million data points on a practice analysis? Wow, that'd be kind of cool. But 3 million data points. We were able to clean that data because you have motivation issues, right? Some people just went in there and took a quick look around, sort of. But we had built in some statistical techniques to rule them out.

And immediately we started to get more and more participation so that we're up to, I got 24 down here, but it's up to 26 5-star states currently. Another benefit from us as we developed our PT compact language is that we insured, right? If you're gonna get a physical therapy compact privilege to practice another jurisdiction, we want to ensure that you don't have any encumbrances against your license.

Todd] Yeah. And the diversity I shared with you was the diversity from the survey that we did in the Philadelphia group. I don't have the diversity numbers yet from the…they pulled us down by the evaluators. It did surprise me [[00:26:30]] to be quite honest because when you look at the national demographics related to diversity in APRN education is much lower. - Yeah. Yeah. So there may be something for you guys to kind of tease out of that information about why that worked. I'm fascinated by that.
