If an item is determined to be inconsistent with nursing practice within their province, supporting documentation is submitted to NCSBN. The REx-PN Practical Nurse Examination Committee makes the final decision regarding the item disposition. The REx-PN Practical Nurse Examination Committee has the ultimate oversight responsibility for the REx-PN examination. The committee is composed of nursing regulators within British Columbia and Ontario.
