    So, something like a sexual abuse case, or fraud, or theft, drug diversion, we would not advise folks to do the Complaint Evaluation Tool for that. But this tool, when the board developed it, they went out across the state, they did an extensive amount of information placed on our website to train employers and board staff in the use of the tool and in the just culture philosophy. And the second page of the tool has mitigating factors and aggravating factors that we most commonly see. And I'll talk a little bit about that a little bit later.

    There are contact information for all the investigators or the discipline contacts in the various jurisdiction specific to Operation Nightingale. Instead of you having to go down the list trying to figure out, "Who do I need to talk to in Massachusetts, or who do I need to call in California," it's all there for you. You don't have to hunt for it. It's right there on the website. Oh, I went back one. I apologize. We also have the Application Fraud Toolkit that's on the website that you can download. It's got a number of items on there that I think would guide you, again, not duplicating the ICRS course, but different information I think would be helpful.

    So, they're going to say, "There are no restrictions on my license." People want it to say "reinstated," which, that's not a license status, but I understand, they want it to be reinstated. They're saying they're no longer on probation. They're saying, "It says 'suspended' on my website, but it doesn't say it's suspended on the board's website." I've got two slides of these because they're the most common. This nurse actually knows all the jargon. So they gave us the right thing, they want it to say. "unencumbered," and it says, "contact board of nursing."
