As mentioned earlier in this presentation, passports are required for REx-PN candidates who are not testing in domestic test centers. For the REx-PN domestic test centers are Canadian provinces and the mainland United States. For personal belongings we require them all to be stored in a locker on site. Candidates will be asked to remove any large jewelry and outerwear and store them until the end of exam. ©2025 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. As of March of this year, we have had over 284 agreed orders ratified for KSTAR, 276 of those nurses have enrolled or in the process of enrolling. And of those 276, 61 are in the process of enrolling or completing KSTAR, and we had a total of 189 nurses successfully complete KSTAR, and of those 26 nurses were referred back to the Board for unsuccessful completion, 26 of the 276. And then there have been 8 nurses of the 284 ratified orders who, for whatever reason, failed to enroll in the program as required by the order within 45 days of order ratification.

Bibi improved nursing education on a state and national level by researching new education models that resulted in the implementation of new administrator and faculty orientation meetings which have been attended by more than 300 nurse educators to date and the Innovative Best Practices in Nursing Education Conference which hosts 150 nurse educators each year. By organizing, leading, and hosting a Military Advisory Task Force, Bibi brings together service members from across the nation and explores new academic pathways. In collaboration with military personnel and state leaders, she helped obtain recognition of the Air Force Practical Nursing Education Program as an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program.
