The Master of Nursing programme was offered in 2003 to prepare for the certification of Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs). Creating the LACE Structure and Processes Several principles should guide the formulation of a structure including: 1) all four entities of LACE should have representation; 2) the total should allow effective discussion of and response to issues and ; 3) the structure should not be duplicative of existing structures such as the Alliance for APRN Credentialing. Consideration should be given to evolving the existing Alliance structure to meet the needs of LACE. Guidance from an organizational consultant will be useful in forming a permanent structure that will endure and support the work that needs to continue.

Nothing contained in this Compact shall be construed to invalidate or prevent any nurse licensure agreement or other cooperative arrangement between a party state and a non-party state that is made in accordance with the other provisions of this Compact. 19 f. This Compact may be amended by the party states. No amendment to this Compact shall become effective and binding upon the party states unless and until it is enacted into the laws of all party states. g. But it's a standard that's being used, and I think that reasonableness is the important part of it. So she basically said that two of the facts were not supported by substantial evidence. First, that the TXA was unaccounted for in that she could not identify where it was at the critical time. That was finding number 8. And second, finding number 19, that she drew the medication in the syringe without performing a final check to read the label. She's saying that there's no evidence in the record supporting either of those. And also, she said that board's imposition of penalty was arbitrary and capricious.
