Accepted Forms of Payment

Candidates will need a valid VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit, debit or prepaid card to complete registration. The name shown on the card, the card number and the expiration date must be provided.

Registration Confirmation

If candidates have not received confirmation of their REx-PN registration within two days of submitting a registration, candidates should contact Pearson VUE Candidate Services to check the status of their registration. Candidates should not submit another REx-PN registration and fee before contacting this service. If candidates decide to submit an additional REx-PN registration, candidates should first stop payment on the original payment submitted.

Refund Policy

There will be no refund of registration fees for any reason, including but not limited to:

Duplicate Registrations (candidates cannot have more than one active registration for the same exam)
Failure to reschedule and/or cancel an exam appointment outside of 24 business hours
Failure to appear for an exam appointment

There will be no refund of the international scheduling fee for any reason.
